#11 - Motel Rm w/ Queen Bed & Twin Sofabed (Max: 3 people)
MOTEL ROOM WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED AND A TWIN SIZE SOFA BED for up to 3 people. It has an 18" cubic fridge, microwave, 19" cable color TV. AC and electric baseboard heat. The bathroom has a shower. This room has a 7 1/2 ft. ceiling as opposed to a normal 8' one. It is also a bit smaller than #7 & 8, and is located on the ground floor of unit #12. It also has daily maid service.

#12 - 4 Bdrm Colonial House (Max: 14 people)
4 BEDROOM COLONIAL HOUSE which will sleep 10-14 people. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and 19" cable color TV. it also has a bathroom with shower. There is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee machine, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils needed. There is a breakfast room with a table for 6. The large living room-dining room combination has a 27" cable color TV and a fireplace. There are 2 tables with 12 chairs (so that you can dine together), and 4 sofas to relax in. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full size futon, a 2nd bedroom with just a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin beds. The hallway has a full bath with a tub as well as shower. The house has central air and heat you can control to your own comfort. There is also a private picnic area with 2 tables and a BBQ.
