Refund Policy
The purpose of a deposit is to guarantee you an accommodation.
The deposit ensures that this accommodation will be held for you. Once
your deposit is received and your reservation is confirmed, this unit
is taken out of our reservation system because it has been guaranteed
to you alone. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will
be refunded as long as notice of cancellation is received at least 45
days (except for #12, which is 90 days) prior to your scheduled arrival
date regardless of when the reservation was made. There is a $10 charge
for each night reserved on all refunds ($20 for unit #12).
